1. clean wheat first, then wash wheat, spin-dry, next milling into flour.

2. clean wheat first, wheat peeling skin, mext milling into flour.

These two ways both ok, see customer country, if environment department ok, wash wheat then peeling will be better, no waste flour, here still many flour processing factory use this wash wheat. Or can clean the wheat, remove stones, etc, peeling skin, next milling into flour, this way will have little flour waste during peeling skin, but no need to wash wheat.
