Our noodle machine have 5 group rollers, 6 group rollers, 7 group rollers, also 10 group rollers.

5, 6, or 7 group rollers is normal type, finally come out noodles, can hang up, or cut into 40cm, more or less, noodle length can be adjusted.

10 group rollers noodle machine, usually we make two machine head, 3*2=6 group rollers, then add 4group rollers, total 10 group rollers, this is normal.

Some customer ask one machine head 3 group rollers, then add 7 group rollers in front of the machine, this way, for machine too long, so usually we will make one machine head 3 group rollers+ 3 group rollers, another part 4 group rollers, total 10 group rollers, so that packing 2 wooden case. If you want to remove another 4 group rollers, ok, machine still can use, if you add 4 group rollers, ok, total 10 group rollers press the dough, come out noodles more chewy, eat delicious.

If you want total automatic, better add flour mixer, next elevator, next into noodle machine, save labor, more convenient.
