This dumpling skin machine very small, usually used at small restaurant or even at home, speed 40-60pcs/min,  can not adjust thickness, usually customer need confirm your wrapper diameter, like 7.5cm, 8cm, 8.5cm, 9cm, etc, then we make ready mould, when you need which size wrapper, then install the mould, finally make like hand make, middle thickness about 2mm, side thickness about 1.2mm.

This dumpling skin machine almost same with the small one, also can make 7.5-9cm size, can not adjust thickness, we make according to customer wrapper size, can not change mould, but speed faster than the small one.

This big one can make size even 10cm, 11cm, 12cm, etc big size, and can change mould,  also can adjust skin thickness, suitable for bigger restaurant or dumpling wonton factory.
