Cashew processing technic
We all know cashew very good for our health, but the processing is very complicated, I think maybe that is why cashew so expensive. My family and I like cashew very much.
Cashew nut processing methods mainly cooking and frying. India and Southeast Asia country use cooking method, Japan and Europe country use frying method.
Frying method :nutshell moisture evaporation at high temperature, cashew shell becomes crunchy, and cashew kernel shrinking fast, cashew kernel and shell have a bigger separation, then use high efficiency centrifugal method to break the shell.
Cooking method: heated by steam , cashew kernel and shell with different expansion coefficient after heating, then cooling , shell and nuts separated , also after cooking cashew nuts toughness increased, cashew nuts will not easily broken when shelling.
We usually use the cooking process , simple equipment, low investment , technology easy to master .
