Cashew cooking machine

The tray with full cashew nuts is ok, no special requires.

Cooking time : usually cook 30-40min after having steam, also need according to your cashew.

After cooking, the cashew shell is soft, kernel also soft, so need cooling, cooling time usually 1-2h, after cooling, the shell is hard, but inner kernel still soft, when you shake by hand, you can feel it

has gap between shell and kernel, which means cooking ok.

After shelling, the kernel soft, but not very soft, like can be curved by hand, but will not break, if your

cashew easy break, then consider extend cooking time.



1. You can use 200-300℃, this is roast, after roasting, easy to remove skin, the kernel color change.

2. If you want to fry, then use <80℃, this is just drying, your hand feel can peel the skin is ok, the kernel color still white, next you can fry,

seasoning or coating.
