Recently, many customers ask about almond stick cutting machine, different customer have different requires, some 3mm, 4mm, some 2mm, 1mm.

Here I should tell customer, usually we make almond stick cutter distance 3.5mm, 3mm, if thinner 2.5mm ok, but if more thinner like 1.5mm or 2mm, will have big break rate, so not suggest too thin. Cutter itself also have thickness.

And almond should not too dry, better water content 15%.
