Beans peeling machine

Peeling machine have wet type peeling, which means soak in water and dry type peeling means beans are dry.

Wet type peeling machine suitable for peanut, almond, broad bean, soybean, chickpeas, black eye beans, lablab beans, etc. But my friends, one kind beans need one machine, one machine can not peel all beans, machines look same, but rubber ring is different, especially almond.

We soak peanuts then peel the red skin, next fry, if no need fry, can roast peanuts first, then use dry peanut peeling machine.

Broad beans, lablab beans are dry beans, then soak in water, use the machine to remove the skin. Broad beans use dry type peeling also ok, but If fresh broad beans, lablab beans, use wet type peeling machins is not ok, break rate high, so do not suggest use wet type peeling machine to peel fresh lablab beans.

Chickpeas use wet type peeling machine, finally get chickpeas smooth, if use dry type peeling, two emery roll inside the machine, rubs the chickpeas skin, finally chickpeas not very smooth, but also see customer, some need dry type peeling.

Almond skin not smooth, so usually only use wet type peeling to remove the skin, next can make almond milk or canned almonds, etc.

Soybean peeling most customer use dry type peeling, get two halves soybeans, and soybean peeling machine also suitable small beans like lentil, black beans.

Different beans use different machine, maybe machines outside looks same, but inner main parts is different, so better ask us, will suggest the right machine.
